Refund Policy
This Policy explains when and how refunds may be requested. It is one of the three documents a buyer accepts at checkout.
1. Refund eligibility is set per event
Buyer-requested refunds and cancellation/material-change refunds are separate regimes.
A voluntary buyer request normally closes when event doors open, unless law or the published event policy gives a stronger right.
Each event has a refund configuration that states whether the ticket price, the platform service fee, taxes and any gateway surcharge are refundable.
Requests may cover the full order, selected tickets or a partial amount. The organizer decides ordinary requests; Horn Events or a country administrator may override for fraud, cancellation, legal duty or organizer non-response.
The applicable terms are shown before purchase.
2. How a refund is handled
A buyer may submit a refund request from their account where the organizer has enabled requests. The organizer (or Horn Events for direct events) reviews the request. Refunds are discretionary and are completed manually; the Platform does not execute automatic gateway refunds. A completed refund is recorded with an external reference and notes.
3. Event changes and cancellations
Where an event is cancelled or materially changed, refunds are handled under the Event Cancellation Policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
