Privacy Policy Welcome to our platform. We understand that privacy online is important to users of our side especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site (`Visitors`) who visit without transacting business and visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by platform. 1. What we collect Account and contact details; OTP and authentication records; orders and payments; attendee fields configured by organizers; support messages; device and security logs; marketing choices; and gate-scan time, device and event data. We do not photograph attendees at scanning. 2. How we use it To authenticate users, process orders, deliver tickets by email/WhatsApp, operate events, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal duties, and send marketing only with separate consent. 3. Controllers and processors Horn Events controls account, security, payment and platform data. For attendee fields an organizer collects for its own event, the organizer is the controller and Horn Events processes that data on its behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. On a white-label tenant, the white-label operator is the controller for its marketplace data. 4. Sharing and hosting Data is hosted in Canada and handled by the service providers listed in the Sub-processor List. Transfers use contractual and technical safeguards required by applicable law. 5. Your rights You may request access, correction, objection, consent withdrawal, portability or deletion where available. Financial and append-only audit records are retained as required by law; identity links are anonymized where lawful. 6. Minors and contact Accounts are for adults; a guardian’s authority is required for a minor’s data (see the Age & Minors Policy). Contact [support@hornevents.com].
