Prohibited Events Policy

Prohibited Events Policy This Policy lists categories of events and content that may not be sold or promoted through the Platform. It applies to every organizer, agency and white-label operator. Gambling and betting events are prohibited. Also prohibited are unlawful events; sexual exploitation; trafficking; weapons or terrorism promotion; hate or violence; counterfeit sales; fraud; dangerous unlicensed activity; and content that infringes rights. Political events, charity fundraising, youth events and other regulated categories require enhanced platform approval and any licenses, disclosures or supervision required in the country. Organizers must not disguise a prohibited activity through another category, private invitation, offline payment or external link. 1. Prohibited categories ● Illegal activity, or events that breach the law of the applicable market. ● Fraudulent, deceptive or non-existent events. ● Hateful, violent, harassing or discriminatory content, or incitement to such. ● Events that endanger public safety or lack required permits/licenses. ● Adult/age-restricted content without lawful age controls (see Age & Minors Policy). ● Infringement of intellectual-property or publicity rights. ● Any category counsel adds for a specific market. 2. Enforcement Horn Events (and, within its marketplace, a white-label agency) may refuse, unpublish or suspend events and accounts, notify authorities or terminate accounts and preserve evidence. Repeated or serious breaches may end access. These contractual remedies operate in addition to technical controls. Appeals follow the Content & Conduct Policy. Report concerns through [support@hornevents.com]. Good-faith reports are reviewed confidentially where practicable.
