Event Cancellation & Postponement Policy

Event Cancellation & Postponement Policy This Policy explains what happens when an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed. 1. Organizer responsibility The organizer is responsible for its event and for deciding to cancel, postpone or change it. The organizer must notify affected buyers promptly through the Platform’s messaging channels (email/WhatsApp). 2. Buyer remedies If an event is postponed or materially changes date, venue or format, existing tickets remain valid and customers receive a stated refund-request window. Minor timetable changes do not automatically create a refund right. The organizer must notify the platform promptly, provide accurate replacement details and fund customer remedies from proceeds still being held. The platform may suspend settlement while claims are resolved. Where an event is cancelled, buyers may be entitled to a refund under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Refund execution is manual (see the Refund Policy). For a postponement, existing tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date unless the organizer states otherwise. 3. Records and changes Material event changes are recorded. Tickets affected by a reschedule may be reissued, which creates a new ticket credential and supersedes the old one. Notices sent to the contact details supplied at purchase are treated as delivery attempts; customers should keep those details current.
