Age & Minors Policy This Policy explains the Platform’s rules on age and the protection of minors. 1. Accounts are for adults Platform accounts are for adults. A guardian’s authority is required for any processing of a minor’s data. Users must be at least 18 to hold an account, organize an event or purchase independently. A parent or lawful guardian may purchase for a minor and is responsible for consent and supervision. 2. Organizer duties Organizers must publish any age limits, guardian requirements and ID rules before checkout. Venue staff may refuse entry where age or ID requirements are not met. 3. Youth events Events aimed at or admitting minors must apply appropriate safeguarding measures and comply with local child-protection law. Youth events must have safeguarding, emergency, supervision and reporting arrangements appropriate to local country. We do not knowingly target direct marketing to children.
